Impacts of Hunting and Fishing

I chose this topic because I thing that the amount of marine wildlife in Antarctica is decreasing, and becomes threatened. The most important reason comes from the need of the market. People have to live in the recent world and want to have the money to spend their lives easily without poverty problems. Therefore, they decide to do this without thinking of the environment, and it can cause many problems.

According to Australian Antarctic Division [AAD] (2010), hunting fir whales and seals attract tourists to go to Antarctica in the early years of the 19th century. For sealing, fishermen hunt, but they do not hunt the seals for commercial. In some areas in Antarctica, they can not hunt the seals because there is the World Heritage list, so it will prevent the distinction of them. For whaling, this activity grew quickly because the markets want whale meat. Finally, for fishing, it is a large commercial resource, and it makes many causes in the marine ecosystem. Fishing affects on predator and destroys habitat of marine wildlife.

I disagree with those activities like that. There are no profits on our world if these activities occur. Actually, it may destroy the chain-food of the marine ecosystems so that everything will be changed. To avoid destroying the environment, you can use your common senses to avoid the inappropriate manner.
